Having problems paying via website again on second attempt

How can I get around this? There is no option to pay anywhere on the site, it only says i can pay for courier and my appointment is ready to attend.

I called London: +44-20-3608-6998

That just bounced me around pressing buttons till there were no more buttons and I was disconnected. It's been over a year and we're still having endless hitches that are making this impossible. I just wanna pay for my visa goddamit.

There are many forums on this problem already. I can't post link at this moment but wanted to let u know that the only way my fiance was able to pay was to go to the non immigrant side of the website. Click on apply for k-1 visa. He was already registered prior so used a different email address...once u are signed in u can then add ur information and select k-1 visa. Then "add applicant". If it lets u go to the next stage to select courier u are golden payment for visa is last. Goodluck!

How long since petition mailed...

I'm very confused, I've tried with 2 accounts already and will have to create a new email to test this.

I literally followed this http://photos.state....appt_letter.pdf

word for word. I also used a different email adress, as though i were a brand new user and have never seen the site before. The mistake I was making was i kept signing in to an account that had registered for the wrong type of visa and it kept asking me for a darn appoinment date when i didnt have one.

So i started afresh with a brand new email adress (my fiances) as a new user and i clicked on exactly the options it said in those instructions

good luck hope it works for u

I ceated a new account following the instructions on that letter exactly.

'1. Visit http://dld.bz/ivbook and select “Apply for a K Visa”
2. Sign up for a user account
3. Select “Add Applicant” to provide information about yourself. Repeat this step for each person who will apply for a K visa with you.
4. Choose where you want your documents to be sent if your application is successful. Delivery to a regional center in the UK will not incur additional costs.'

After this, I was expecting to see some option to pay for visa, there was none. So this

5. Pay the MRV fee of $240.00. Payment must be made by MasterCard or Visa debit card. Once you have paid the fee, you can request home delivery from the courier for a fee of $30 per applicant. If you wish to select home delivery, you can do so by returning to your profile once you have paid the fee. Please note that you can only select Home Delivery up until the day before your interview.

isn't actually an option anywhere.

What is ds160? *headdesk*

DS-160 is the form for non-immigrants visas like student, tourist, business, investors, clergy, etc. They choose their own appointment. It does not apply to a K1 which is processed as an immigrant visa.

Your timeline seems to be out of date, so wondering if you got your interview letter from London?

Sorry yes, the timeline is painful to look at/update/compare with others. If or when we get good news and I feel a little less bitter about this whole process then I will update. Over the past 2 months I spent £1000 on visa & medial expenses, took 300 days for noa2 and people who applied 6 months after got theirs at the same time, then got their interview dates before us... Until I can say something nice I'm just going to leave it.

The VJ timeline helps people give you a better answer too, because they know where you are in the process.

Still no luck, I found other threads where people followed the instructions and advice but still no pay option displays.

Is there a number to call that puts me through to a real person?

My fiance in the u.s created our 4th account, following the same instructions, magically there was the option to pay 'your application requires 1 u.s. department of state mrv fee' or something like that. we're paying now, finallyyyy!!
