sending I-751 no affidavit from friends

i was sending the packet for I-751 and I have no affidavit from friends in it and the joint bank account is the latest month only. Do I expect for an RFE on that?

The affidavit is secondary evidence so no big deal. The joint account is a HUGE deal. You need to send statements spanning the marriage. I would expect an RFE from just 1 statement. Did you just open the account?

my husband added me on his account, we tried to get statements online only his name will appear on it, a day before I called the bank and they said they going to send it with my name or else will need to go to the bank were we open that account. She give us that joint statement account with my name but she couldn't do that n two years maybe a a lot of work to them. I didn't ask much from the bank I sent right away on the next day coz my 90 day period is start june 29 but I sent my packet in august 03 so I might be late . Beside from joint account we have car loan in it both our names, leases on apartment and taxes its on both our name.

This all what I sent:

2. Copy of our Joint Income Tax Return Form 1040 for the year 2011 and 2012.

3. Copy of lease on apartment 2011 and 2012

4. Copy of Vehicle title registration certificate both our names

5. Copy of utility bills under our name

6. Copy of Report Sale of vehicle under our names.

7. Copy of Retail installment sale contract

8. Copy of agreement to furnish insurance policy.

9. Copy of our financing vehicle loan /car loan statement in both our names

10. Copy of our driver change of address on WA state licensing.

11. Copy of our Joint Car Insurance Policy & WA insurance ID card both our names

12. Copies of both drivers license showing same address.

13. Copy of life insurance beneficiary information of my wife showing me and my stepdaughter as a beneficiary.

14. Copy of immunization consent & tracking form of my stepdaughter that evidence that I took care of her.

15. Copy of individual taxable interest income from BECU showing the same address.

16. Copy of joint statement account from BECU bank. ( latest month only)
