K1 expedite

Hello. I am pretty new here and in the process of putting together our petition. I possibly have a two fold reason for expedite. My fiancees son is going to be 20 this November 2013. My fiancee is still in the process of finalizing her annulment. I have congestive heart failure which gets aggravated with stress and anxiety. What is the process to expedite? And do I have possible reason for expedite request? Possible age out and petitioners medical issue? Anyone who has experienced or knowledge pls reply. Thank you all.

I am not sure if my original post above was not clear at all. I don't think I said anything about k1 already filed. I also mentioned that my fiancee's annulment was still in the process of being finalized. I also mentioned I am putting together the petition right now. I did not ask anything at all about annulment so I was taken aback for being lectured about the process I have full knowledge of and sounded like I will file for a k1 petition knowing full well that my fiancee is still married. Come on now.

I think if you were to file your I-129F by January 1 2013, you will have time to get K-1 and K-2 visa before your fiancée's son's 21st birthday. We filed on January 3, 2013, and my fiancée's son will turn 21 in mid November 2013. We are now waiting for an interview. It will be close, but I feel confident that we will make it before his 21st birthday.

As to your medical issues, I think that does not fit one of the criteria for expediting.
