My cousin make mistake

My cousin receive letter from knowing that her case was reaffirmed but now its 16 days she is in CR-1 visa she send an email to uscis her English is not good she dont know difference between applicant and beneficiary so she write herself an applicant instead of beneficiary did this mistake put her in trouble then she again send an explanation mail . i just want to know is she is in trouble now. Plz reply .

I don;t think it'll be a major issue. What stage is she at? What was the letter about?

she is waiting her case to move to embassy as her pass interview was denied due to red flag issue so her case sent back she got her first noir they(she and her husband) reply then i think on 20 th of july they recieve a letter that their case is reaffirmed and approve she was very happy that time now she is upset by her mistake.The red flag issue were that her husband did not visit her during the period of 1 year after their marriage so they think its a fraud case.

so should i tell her not to worry or i tell her that now she is in trouble more then previous .Although i told her that she is now in more trouble due to her mistake
