i was selected for the dv lottery 2014 by God's grace...and i would like to know is there a deadline to when i have to submit the forms...

And also i am in the final year at a polytechnic in ghana so how do i fill the ds-230 forms when i get to the occupation and education level and do i include the polytechnic name in the schools attended.....

I don't think there's a deadline as to when you submit just as long as it's before September 2014 (when interviewing stops) but the sooner you do the better of course. As for the DS-230 I guess in the Occupation slot you can put "Student" as for your other question yes you should put Polytechnic since you're still studying there. As far as I remember they ask you about the time frame of your studies so for example if you started in 2010 your answer would be 2010 to Present.

I wouldn't leave form submission too late - there have been over 140 000 winners this year - chances seem very high they will exhaust visas before the end of the fiscal year (once they have issued 50 000 visas they close the program for the year)

You can't? LOL I had no idea. I guess our Immigration Lawyer had some fancy program where she could punch that in.
