Its about FREAKIN' time... CASE COMPLETE 12/1/06!!!

I think they let the DS-230 sit there juuust long enough to max out the 2-4 week review period (received Nov. 3rd)...

At any rate...it is now a race to the end!!!

Congratulations! It makes one happy everytime we read a success story. It gives reason to hope. Best of luck with the interview.

THANK YOU! We hope for a notification soon, but not too sure what to expect right now with the Holidays and all. If it is by February I will be pleased! I can relate to the issue of patience - I do not have any and a marriage supported by Webcam and phone just doesnt cut it after a while!

Brad, what a game, I have to say the Boys have the fight. I had to laugh when you said you grew up hearing about "Roger Staubach" I grew up watching him, a little age difference. I guess my non-love for the Boys comes from being a Packer fan while growing up. The "Ice Bowl" game, Bob Hayes, Calvin Hill, Leroy Jordan. You know the list goes on for both teams. Today I love the game, don't care who wins, just want to see a good game. Guess being in Denver for 13 years takes my loyalties there since Vegas does not have a team. In any event, great game. Have a great week all!!!

Hi bradyvicky!

First of all, congratulations! your case is complete! Second of all.. i was wondering if you can help with a few questions i have. I just got my I-130 approved yesterday.. so i'm gonna go ahead and start reading up on James' shortcuts... I have a question: when you say your case is complete, how do u know? Do they send you something in the mail? or something else? i'm confused.. so i guess... once I complete james' shortcuts, (DS3032, AOS fee bill, IV fee, I-894, etc), all i do is wait for them to give me an interview date? Also, after I have received my NO2, when can i start on James' shortcuts?

Please advise.. thank you very much in advance for answering my questions!

Hey there.... Case complete means that the process of the NVC has been completed and it will then be sent to the Embassy of the Beneficiary for review and scheduled for an Interview Date. The quickest way to find out is to stay in touch with the NVC via Operators and/or Case Status to keep on top of the status - but expect the case to be completed 2-4 weeks after they receive the DS-230. Use Jamies Shortcuts to investigate more about the whole process and how to make it happen quicker! Also read up on the Guides listed above to avoid confusion.
