Citizenship after I601approved!

Hi to everyone ,

I just saw a new post and I feel like I'm in the same situation...I got my gc for ten years after my I601got approved,so now,after 3years I filled for citizenship ...(I was sure they issued the 10years one because I was married for 3years).

So I never filled for removal of condition,since I never got a 2years one...

Did someone experience this before ?is there a mistake from their side or its normal since I've been thru the waiver process?

I'm really stressed ab this whole situation...sometimes I wish I'll never start this process,and just be an LPR!!!

Nothing looks wrong to me, I mean If you got approved and went to the embassy and got your immigrant visa and then got your green card I don't see why they deny you your citizenship. If you are not married to a US citizen then you should apply 5 years after you got your green card, if you are married to a US citizen then go ahead and apply 90 days before the 3rd anniversary of the green card. The only way that they deny you citizenship is if you are dishonest on your application or in the interview. And I don;t see why would you be dishonest. Good luck.

Yes,I already applied...I'm on line now for my citizenship interview!I applied on the 3years rule,since I'm married!

I was just wondering after I saw another post when same situation happen(got the 10years gc without the removal of condition)...the dif is that mine was after a I601aproved...
