Hello everyone;

I had my interview in Phoenix on July 25, 2013 and it went well and I was recommended for approval. In the interview the Officer had me change my middle name, because it is stated different from my birth certificate; will that be considered name change!

I am not sure if the naturalization ceremonies in Phoenix are administrative or judicial to accommodate name change, can anyone shed some experience on that!

The officer said my oath will likley be on Aug 9 or 16, and I have a trip planned on the 20, so I am planning on going to Tuscon to get same day passport, does anyone know much about the wait time for Oath in Phoenix!

I really appreciate your input.
