Me and my fiancé filed for a fiancée visa in September 2012. I contacted the consulate in Juarez and I was told packet 3 was sent out June 18th, over a month ago. I have yet to receive anything. so what's next after receiving packet 3? Do I call after receiving it to schedule an interview appointment or does the consulate in Juarez send me a notice saying when my interview is. I'm confused because I've read that the consulate give you your date for your interview but I've also read that you have to call to schedule an appointment so which one is it??

you can go ahead and schedule your appointment you need to pay the mvr fee,,for that you will need to call the nvc and ask for the case number which starts with CDJ(im assuming ur consulate will be juarez) also get the benefiaciarys id number with that you can go to the ciudad juarez consulate website ,,theres threads here that give the link,
