K1 Embassy Interview Documentation

My dear friends, I would like to check once again whether we have all documents that are needed for interview at the embassy. I would appreciate any suggestion if something is missing..

A copy of the entire I129f package together with all originals of the documentary proof;

Letters of Intent (fiance and mine) dated closer to the interview;

I-134 form signed,dated and notarized

Regarding question3, since i am pregnant my fiance wrote below Child She is pregnant,is it ok? and speaking about question 9, he has already sent me once I-129f for my tourist visa so should he just write my name or explain why he sent it to me?

Supporting evidence for i-134 form is the following:

A signed letter from his employer

Should we need Federal tax return receipt and W2 or just one of these two?

Pay stubs for the last six months

Bank account statement

Personal property evidence

Copy of NOA2

Proof of our ongoing relationship - NOA1 date-now

airline tickets and photos

MoneyGram bills

Magic Jack, FB, Skype, SMS messages and calls

Fiancee documentation: birth certificate, police records that i have never been sentenced or under investigation, certificate about permanent place of living, certificate of never been married, two photos. All documents translated. Forms filled 156,156k i 230.

anything else except medical examination?
