I filed my I-751 in May 2011, but I still haven't approved my case.

I had twice fingerprints in July and August in 2011. I sent joint documents in October 2012 until that I didn't hear anything from USCIS for additional documents and etc. When I applied I-751, I forgot to put joint documents together with the form. I think that made them confused or put me on hold.

I requested to push my case for twice (one is in November 2012 and recently I pushed it again), sent emails for 3 times, but nothing has changed. I'm worried that USCIS will reject my greencard and I don't want to start over again for this process. I asked a lawyer, but they never had handle with this case. Could anybody give me some advise please..
