How long are forms valid form?

For example, my wife signed the ds-3032, ds-230 forms for me while I was in Vietnam, but I will not be sending that in to the NVC until 6 or 7 months later, will they stil accept that or should I get her to sign a new one after I-130 is approved.

IF THE NVC does not receive communication from any representative of an immigrant visa case for a period of one year the termination process begins. All documents and fees then expire and must be resubmitted to resume the immigration process.

Sorry, I meant to say I won't be sending it in 6 or 7 months from now because I'm just sending in the I-130. I jus wanted to have all forms signed and ready to go. Will this raise a red flag if my wife signed the forms 7 months earlier?

Just have them signed but not dated, wait to date them before you mail it, They wont know if same person who signed it dated it or not Thats what me and my wife did i had her do all the paperwork filled out and signed but not dated and mail it to me. When it was time to mail them in i dated them and mailed them, just remember to do that before you send them hope this helps Good Luck on your journey
