Today was my Biometrics Appointment. I filed my AOS as my husband last night, however, i don't have my new ID with my new last night yet. One of my friend took biometric with her maiden name ID so i thought i would be ok. My appointment was 12pm at Pomona, CA. I arrive there about 20 min earlier than my appointment. I show my IDs(ca driver's licence and passport) and appointment notice to a guy who helped me out. but he said since i don't have ID as new last night, i have to show him marriage certificate to prove it so end it up go back to home and get it.

If you haven't changed your last night, and filed AOS as new last name and don't have new ID yet , take your marriage licence when you go to biometrics just incase.
