Hello,

My wife is an LPR.

She filled i-130 for me in Jan,2013. (PD 7 Jan,2013) category F2A. We receiver NOA1

I am in USA since 1 year. I did not filled I-485 along with it.

My question is when can I fill for my adjustment of status(I-485)?

Should I wait till I-130 approval? It is still under initial review.

From next month PD for F2a is going to be current.

Thank you in advance.
