Received a letter of reminder for my ROC now i'm Confuse big time!!

Good Morning Everyone,

I received a letter from USCIS yesterday as a reminder for my ROC. I'm very confuse because inside the envelope their is another envelope and it stamp received Center Director and it says return to sender. then remailed July 3,2013 then I received the mail yesterday.

1st is the letter about reminding me that I can file my ROC this month.

The second letter says

We received notification that your address has changed. If that is incorrect please contact the services Center immediately.

But we didn't change address since I got my 2 years green card. I called the USCIS they said I have to make an info pass for me to check my status of address to my local service center.

My understanding is I don't have to mail the AR-11 form because we haven't change our address.

Please help me. Thank you.

Don't worry. I received the exact same thing i was also worried, but i think it is just a glitch in their system. They probably sent you the reminder first and the postal service returned it to USCIS for some reason, and then USCIS sent you the change of address form bc they thought you had moved. Thi is not an issue. I just disregarded it and went ahead and filed my ROC without a problem. If you have not moved and have no plans of moving, you can just file your ROC.

Their system of doing things is still very confusing.

Just file your ROC.
