the CO said your case looks smooth and Ok but he was missing affidavit birth certificate so now am confused what does this mean

I called the DOS they told me the same thing saying he is under AP for the CO to determent has any body ever has the same experience

I also would like to know if the color of the 221g matter i read some where mostly Yellow means missing Doc?

I am told the same thing about my husband they are waiting to determine eligibility. He was given a 221G for a cosponsor, although I make enough, and after I submitted it, we are still in AP, a month and 4 days. He received a white sheet. I am not sure if colors make a difference in your country or not.

Good luck!
