Do I need to send a copy of my first NOA?

Not knowing what your RFE was for.

I would send the original back with the information they have asked for, but copy it and you keep the copy with your papers so you know what was asked.

NOA 1 is just a notice to say they have started the process of your application and/or is explaining what they are doing and dont see why you would need to do this as they will have a copy on their records

I only have car insurance cards for 2011 &2012

I do have my policy for 2013

Do you guys think insurance cards would be enough?

Same for health insurance. Im sending the insurance cards too. They were issued in 2011.

I am also sending something that i was able to print in insurance website. It is called "proof of insurance" it does state that coverage is from 2011-2013. I just dont have the actual policies.

Life insurance is the same. I have the contract that we signed in 2011. And a letter from employer that confirm that life insurance is still valid for 2013. Wife is the primary beneficiary. Again I dont have the actual poicy.

Health/life insurance is thru employer.

Could you guys give me your opinions?

Thanks
