I know some people here are beneficiaries from the Philippines is there a way we can download a copy of the DS-160 so we can have like a rough draft so our attorney can look over so all our information is correct or is it only available to be filled out online?

Second question would be regarding the forms, I read somewhere in this forums that people who went to US embassy in manila had the DS 155,156,157 forms with them and not the DS-160 BUT what my lawyer is having us do is fill out the DS160 form.

Thank you!

Hello...I did not fill up DS 160 for k1 interview, just DS 156, 156k, 157 and 230...ds160 are for b1/b2 or tourist visa applications...

What I did last year when I applied for b1/b2, I goggled questions of ds160 then copy and answered on a paper before typing the final answers on line...hope this can help you.

If your attorney is asking for the DS-160 with the K-1 visa - FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!! Its isn't used with the K-1!

Forms required: DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, DS-230 (part I only)

The complete process, including the embassy instructions letter that lists ALL the required forms, etc. is in the link in my signature below this post.

Oh ya, pop down to the Philippine forum and say "Hi"
