Which one applies for me???

After paying the AOS fee, I'm about to mail the I-864 package? Now I'm little confused which form I should use..

1) I'm using only my income to sponsor only my wife (we have a child who is already an US citizen and does not need sponsorship).

2) For year 2012 I made little above poverty level.

3) I have three W2's for 2012.

4) Currently I've a job which I started just 2 (two) months ago and the annual gross income for this year is well above poverty level (60,000 a year).

Which one I should use?

I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A ???

I-864 form. Can you get your transcript from IRS so that you can send them in.

I already have my 2012 transcript with me.

I had the impression that I can use I 864 EZ.

Any explanations why I can not use that?

The requirements are right at the top of it.

If you meet them all, then you qualify to use it.
