Foreign Police Certificate from Oman

I would like to share my experience of acquiring my Foreign Police Certificate from Muscat, Oman. I lived in that country for 13 years & returned for good in year 2007. Since then haven't visited that country. Now as per K1 visa procedure requirement I had to acquire that certificate from Royal Oman Police in Muscat. I had requested one of my good friends in Muscat to do the formalities on my behalf. I had sent all the required documents by post few days back. She went to the concerned office with those documents. She & me were expecting few days time for getting the document in hand. But for her surprise, the whole work had been done on the same day & that too in few hours. Thanks to ROP (Royal Oman Police) & many thanks to my dear friend who did this for me. I am really proud to say that I have spent some good years of my life this wonderful country.

My trouble now is regarding with my police clearance in Vietnam.
This is the hardest part of our journey.
I don't have way/s to get this document for I don't have any relatives nor friends that can do clearance. I been to Vietnam Embassy they just hand me a paper saying "Power of Attorney" wherein I need to send it to someone that I can trust to do the Clearance for me.
Which I don't
I'm afraid that my Medical expired (Oct. 15) before I can get this Clearance Done...
I really need someone who can shade a little light for me to make this things possible.
