Yes i did everyday.... still d same they dont have any record of receiving the petition or nothing i their system yet....

Yes i did too and they put me on service request... and the IO said i have to call the NVC by july 5 and see what happpen!!..

Dont stop calling NVC even if you were told to call them back on July 5. Who knows your casefile arrives sooner..

you have a few choices

your file was sent to nrc, or is still sitting at the office that approved it

take an infopass, get ur congressman involved.. this is happening all too much.. mine was stuck also and only with a massive amount of phone calls and emails, did it get freed up

I was able to confirm it was still sitting at the office that approved it with an infopass

some cases have taken up to 90 days to get to nvc without any intervention

11/8/2012 Married
1/3/2013 I-129F cancelled
1/29/2013 withdrawal notice received
2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office
3/26/2013 Service request generated
4/12/2013 Infopass, file in workflow March 28
4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!
