you might need to give a little more detail so that people can help you.

When i first tried a week back - i was allowed to register the account, but then there was a problem there after.

Are you able to register?

Are you having trouble afterwards - at the time to pay the IV fee?

if so - then there is a telephone number to call - its only during normal working hours....i dont think i have it with me...but i can get to it later on tonight...

Now, as others have said - you should try to pay the IV fee before POE, but its not going to be a problem at POE.

What it does, is that it will delay production of the actual plastic green card.

My husband POE is on Wednesday and I can't make the payment because the page is not working for me... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had some problems when we were paying last week too. The page would time out and when we tried to get back on too many times, it blocked our account temporarily. We just waited a bit longer and tried again. We were able to pay the immigrant fee later the same day. Even this morning I tried to get on to check my husband's status and wasn't able to. But, was able to get on this afternoon. My suggestion is to keep trying... Good luck!
