Im the father of the new born child and I hold the United States citizenship. I will give my Daughter the citizenship. I have never been previously married except my wife (Not a US Citizen) was married before. Do I have to bring a divorce decree of her previous marriage even though shes not the one transferring citizenship. What if the Official Marriage contract shows that she had a divorce once before and date of the divorce. Is that enough? I have an official transcript of my school records along with some School ID cards. My passport, My wife's and I marriage contract and her passport as well. Is that all enough?

Is that all enough?

Transmission is between the child/applicant and claimed US citizen, If this is all your asking the above only establishes your proof of US citizenship (in part or whole) and the fact that your married. Acceptance of the above evidence will be at the discretion of the consular officer, and depending on the circumstances, the consular officer may ask for additional material.

I would have the divorce decree of her previous marriage on hand just in case the CO ask
