Hello everyone,

It's been a month now that the Casablanca consulate received our case (fiance visa) but we are still waiting to hear back from them. Our NVC status says Ready (case is ready for an interview when scheduled by the US consulat section). Do you guys think it's only natural?

Do both the petioner and the beneficiary get notified by the consulate for an interview? How does Casablanca consulate usually contact the beneficiary? By mail? Normal or express mail?

Is anybody out there in the same situation, espicially people waiting to hear back from Casablanca?

Thank you and good luck!

Usually the moroccan consulate will call the spouse that lives in morocco . You can always call them and ask them whats going on, they usually will email you back within 2 days email them at this address

IVCasablanca@state.gov

Hope that helps and hope u hear fromthem soon good luck

Peace & Much Love
