Hello...Not sure where to put this...but it pertains to my permanent residency..so this looks like the forum....I have a ten year green card and will be moving out of Ohio with my wife and into Indiana...Do we have to notify immigration of when we are moving to a new address? TIA for your help.

AOS was officially approved via email notice from USCIS on August 10th/2005, 622 days from the filing of the I-130 in Nebraska on November 26/2003, the very first day that we started our immigration journey.

Received 10 year green card on August 15/2005.

Our thanks to the creators of visajourney and all those here who helped us along the way..May God bless you and strengthen you on your visajourney....and now life goes on.

Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."

I believe so, I think you still have to send in the AR 11 ??? form, and probably ph them to let them know that you have moved.

I think they just want to keep an eye on where each immigrant is moving too... Also, I registered with my embassy (NZ) where I am, so if you have done that make sure you change that too.

Yes, you need to file form AR-11 Change of Address form within 10 days of moving, and also form I-865 within 30 days of moving.

This is required by law weather from state to state, or even across town.

These are the two forms we filled out when we moved.

I also called them to change it over the phone.
