I don't VSC has clue what they are doing right now. They handed off I-129f so now they are with in their 5 month range. Nothing will be done to ours until it is time for the 5 month goal. VSC keeps their current processing date as Oct 15, so everything after that has no basis to request a service request. We are stuck!

Ill let you know what the result of my fiances meeting with the congressman is Going to get him to find out as much as poss about us left overs

Thanks Queeny, I swear I saw a UK Jan filer who was 22nd/23rd and transferred because I remember telling my fiance we must have been right on the cusp.

Then again I may have dreamt it, quite possible

You didn't dream it Azsara - it may have been me. :) We were transferred and our receipt date was 1/18 with an NOA1 date of 1/23. I still don't have a feeling either way whether it was good to be transferred or not. I still lean toward it was better to stay because TSC is just not used to doing these.

Hopefully all the Dec and Jan filers at both places are approved soon!!! :) Can't wait to see how your fiance makes out with his meeting. :)

Looks like VSC are doing March filers now. It's what CSC did when they came out of their freeze to make their figures look better. I think they'll do March and then go back to January just like they did, either that, or they're preparing late-Jan/Feb petitions to ship to Texas.
