Hi Guys

Preparing myself to send the i-864 paper i have some questions

1040 tax papers do i staple 3 years of form together or separately and write case number on top of them or separately on each form

do i send copy of my citizenship ceritificate.

Also rest of the stuff that we send do i have put case number on top of all of them

Do i staples everything together.

You can staple all of them together if you want. I just used the clip.

Please write case number of each paper and on each form where possible.

I had to send in the original citizenship certificate which is something they will return on the actual interview date.

Do not send any originals in USCIS case, but once it has moved over to NVC, then that's when you start sending them originals.

IndiaTiger: You mention that you sent your citizenship certificate. Why? The I-864 doesnt require that and the fact that your's is IR means that they already know you are a citizen. Neither is it required to send copies of your passport for I-864.
