I need help...

My conditional green card will expire on feb 2014

I want to divorce my USC husband due to domestic violence and marijuana

I have no idea what to do...all I know is that I want to get out of this marriage

We entered the marriage in good faith

We were in a relationship (bf/gf) for 3 years before we got married

We have no kids, but I had a miscarriage and have pictures of the ultrasound before I had it

We have a joint bank account and credit card

We have a car under my name and he is the co-signer

We have taken many trips after we got married and have lots of pictures

We have families who can prove that our marriage is legitimate

I have some pictures of the bruises from his anger episodes

My sister in law can also attest to this since she is the person who i tell everything to when my husband hits me

I can prove that he's been smoking marijuana behind my back

What should I do? Can you guys help me with the things I will need to make this happen?

Thank you
