Hi to everybody

Me and my two daughters arrived to the US on 8th. September 2011 so I understand that we have time to file for ROC from 8th. June to 8th. September 2013.

One of my daughters is now 20 years old but she arrived at the same time I did and still living with me, so I understand that I can file with her. The question is that if they say that children above 14 they have to sign as well I do not find any place in the form where she has to sign. Can someone tell me where she can sign ?

Another question. My husband got a job in Florida, so we are moving from Michigan to Florida. We are going to get there on June 18th. to 20 so my question is that is better to wait until I get there and I change my address to file for I-751 ? as this make us change from California Service Center (for Michigan) to Vermont Service Center (for Florida). We will be in a condo until the end of July and then either we will buy a house (if we have sold the one in Michigan) or we will rent for several months. Is it better wait until the end of July to file for I-751 when I will have the final address or I can do it before and change again of address when I have the new one.

Thanks for your answer

About the text I posted this morning about the signature of my daughter I meant that I do not find any place in the Form I-751 where my daughter can sign if we are filing together. She is 20 now.
