I-864EZ - interest from 3 years ago

Hi all,

My 2012 tax return showed all of my income as earned (no interest/dividends for 2012, only W2 earnings). However, 3 years ago I earned $125 from interest, so it's included in my 2009 AGI on my 1040 (with earned income still above the poverty line). I know I don't need to submit transcripts from all 3 years, and my most recent transcript shows no 1099 income, but -

• Does my interest income from 2009 disqualify me from submitting the I-864EZ?
• Should I even submit the two other tax transcripts?

I know I don't need to submit transcripts from all 3 years, and my most recent transcript shows no 1099 income, but -

• Does my interest income from 2010 disqualify me from submitting the I-864EZ?
• Should I even submit the two other tax transcripts?

Whatever number it says in the total income field on your tax returns, you put that number. Your tax returns have no relation to which form you file; that depends on whether you are only using current income to qualify, or other things too.
