It 80% could get him denied...CO may not see it has bonafide....I read a post where a man was denied for

the same thing....see U could hide it but if they found out its a ban & he already has problems, also he can

not claim that child later without further problems with USCIS...how could he impregnate another while he's

engaged or married to you...will he get others pregnant? ....just asking

I just want to point out that you have a lot on your plate and I wish you nothing but the best. First and foremost, a person who has been banned has a hard time re-entering the United States even after the ban is lift. They say that to give one hope and his charges will play a huge role, especially felony charges. As far as him having a baby on they way. If you don't mention it now due to the fact the baby is still in the making, it may come up during your two year interview. Him having a baby with someone else is a huge thing to think about. Long distance relationship are hard and as men and women we all have needs, but he should of at least worn protection considering the fact that he's in a serious relationship with you.

You have a long journey and no two scenarios are the same, but if these are things you have talked about and feel good about moving forward, then go for it because you can't help you love. Tread lightly and you may want to consider getting an immigration lawyer
