Emergency: need help, manila to City of San Pedro

Aya's aunt was supposed to have a car come and get her, but none of the people that drive her aunt are available until Monday.

This is not good for us because we're a little tight on money at the moment to pay for her to stay in a hotel up until Monday.

Can anyone from the Manila area at all tell us how to get to City of San Pedro?

She's unfamiliar with the area and willing to take transportation, but she doesn't know how to get there at all.

Can someone please help me asap??

Hi, sorry I'm a bit confused. Aya is in Manila and needs to go to San Pedro, Laguna? Where in Manila is she staying? San Pedro is just a bus ride away from Manila. If she goes by SM Makati-EDSA side, there's like a terminal of public transport there. Or she may go to the bus terminals located at Taft Avenue corner Buendia Avenue. Take the Pacita San Pedro bus. Bus fare could be around P50-P60. She could just tell the bus driver where exactly in San Pedro she needs to get off or where she's going, she can also ask if she still needs to take the jeepney or tricycle after getting off. Sit behind the driver's seat so she won't miss her stop.

When she wakes up today she's going to give me the exact address of where she's going.

She's currently staying in a hotel right next to the St. Lukes Extension Clinic. Where is that stuff you mention from there. She is not familiar with Manila at all, never been there.

Oh, ok. From her hotel, she needs to go to Taft Ave. She can do that by going to UN Ave which is perpendicular to the street where SLEC is, ride a pedicab/tricycle/jeepney going towards Taft Ave. From Taft Ave, take a jeepney or FX going to Buendia. Just tell the driver her stop's at the bus terminal. OR take a cab straight from the hotel where she's staying at, tell the driver, going to the Jac Liner bus terminal in Buendia. The bus terminal will be at the right-hand side, and there's a new McDonald's there, she won't miss it. Then just choose the bus which has a Pacita/San Pedro signage.

You are an absolute life saver.

She's sooo worried because her aunt told her she should wait for Monday when her aunt can come with a car because she has luggage and it's not safe. It's only one carry on and a netbook in a should bag.

How safe is that route on the bus? Do you know? I think I'll just have her take the taxi to the bus terminal that you linked on google maps and then go from there.

A lot travel on that route with netbooks, laptops, smartphones, i-Pads in their bags. My cousin (female in her early 20s) among those. She'll be fine, she just needs to stay alert and be aware of her surroundings. She could pay for two seats if she doesn't want her carry on put in the baggage compartment outside the bus, I'm not sure though if that's allowed. Maybe her aunt is worried because it's her first time in Manila. Her aunt can also just send someone to her so she can have a companion going to San Pedro via the public transport.

She talked to someone from he Aunt's office and they said the JAC Liner terminal is correct but she has to get on a green star bus or something like that.
