Hi, anyone knows if we can check status of the report/certificate once we receive the email notification upon the receipt of our application?

Incidentally, also need to know if they would provide a tracking number once the certificate leave the UK for international delivery.

We weren't provided a tracking number, though there may be a delivery option that includes it. Even though we requested expedited processing, the certificate took over 20 days to get from the UK to the US (although it was in the busy December mailing period) but I know some people have got it delivered internationally much faster.

Geez...so you ordered a premium service and still took 20 days? Wow....so expect the worse huh. We ordered international courier too and hoping it will be by end of the month to reach the US.

Yeah, although like I say it was across the Christmas period when mail usually takes forever to get anywhere - unfortunately the expedited service only covers the processing at ACPO's end (3 days vs 10 days) but doesn't cover the delivery. At this time of year it should hopefully be faster.

Well, thanks again! :)

Here's an update of what I have. A day after receiving an email notification from ACRO, I received a Citysprint collection confirmation email shortly after the booking confirmation email.

So I figured, it should be making its way to the States right now. I'm guessing by end of week or early next week it should reach my hubby. He will then make a copy to keep and send it to the NVC from there.

You should get it pretty soon. Mine arrived at our US address within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email from ACPO (I paid for premium delivery). In any case, the UK police certificate gets processed a lot faster than the Malaysia police certificate!
