Visa approved today and so I'm now looking to buy my 1way plane ticket Manila to Phoenix woohoo!!!

The only one-stop option is via Hawaiian Air, which gives me Honolulu as port of entry.

Any tips?

There are also many other budget flights (multiple carrier combos) with 2 stops, which would give me Los California or San Francisco- but I heard that these airports are very busy

Also, how much layover would be safe to clear all the POE process needed?

Thanks, everyone!

I would not get anything less than 3 hour layover for US airports, especially coming in on a K1. You always have to go through immigration, get your luggage, go through customs, and then go to checkin (might be in a different terminal, depending on airport/flights) and checkin for the next flight, checkin your luggage, then go through security, and only then get on your next flight.
