Timeline

Today's date 05/17/2013

My wife is in Jamaica. I'm her petitioner. Here is our timeline so far:

Feb 19, 2013 USCIS received application and it was sent to the NBC.

May 15, 2013 Application Approved. It took 85 calender days/59 working days to approval. During this time I had called the USCIS on March 11 and April 18. This is because the NBC does not have a timeline so i had to speak directly to an Immigration Officer. You have to get pass customer service by asking them to let you get specific information on your case.

Next stop NVC!
