That was then and this is now. Timeframes change. Your congressperson will be able to do nothing for you unless something is wrong with your case. It is not a fast track to approval. Stop line-jumping.

If you look on your timeline at the bottom the projected is not even until mid June and that's just a ballpark. Basically all you will get is an intern on the phone who can't do anything because it's not been long enough and that's what they will tell you. Getting the govt officials is like if you have gone NEARLY a year without NOA2. A friend of mine has beneficiary from Nigeria and it was submitted mid Sept. 12 and when she called LAST MONTH (7 months after it had been in) they did some research because she knows some people and they told her his case would not even be looked at until Aug. Try to have some patience I know it's hard and I know looking at my timeline people will say (easy for her to say) yes I know I got lucky, but I'm the exception NOT THE RULE. To go by anyone else's is silly. I know 3 people on here all have spouses in the UK...

1. Case Complete 5-6 Interview date 6-14

2. Case Complete 5-10 Interview date 6-12

These are all in the same country sometimes there is just no rhyme or reason.

The three people you mention took 39 days (you), 111 days (me), and 239 days if I recall correctly (the third person you're referring to) to get through the USCIS, which proves your point with bells on. :)

Ally, try a followup call directly to the office. Please be polite and professional, those folks really do work hard for us. But it can't hurt to see what's up, since you've been waiting a few weeks.
