Hi I am new in thi site. I would like to ask about the Entry of Judgment. I got my Decision las Feb 2013 and its granted. It say "go to LCR of Manila and Director of NSO office to Cancel the marriage. Upon the finality desicion the court shall forwith issue the corresponding decree. Following the issuance of Entry of Judgement in this case, let said Entry be registered in the CR where the marriage was recorded and in the CR where this court sits as well as in the NCSO. Meanwhile in accordance with section 21 of the rules on declararion of absolute nullity of void marriage and annulemnt of voidable marriage, upon entry of judgement of the appellate court, the court on motion shall proceed with the petitionre's prayers for my son.

My question is what is next step? Do i need to file motion custody before the issuance of final decree of annulemnt? and where can i get the decree? Pls help i am super stressed out.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
