We are still waiting for our NOA2 but we are 4 months in processing out of Vermont so I have my fingers crossed we get approved soon or at 5 months

Wishful thinking maybe but in any case...

Can my fiancé take the CFO seminar now and get her CFO sticker after she has her VISA ?

7/11/2013: Mailed to NVC
7/19/2013: Received NVC#(MNL#) in email
7/22/2013: Petition packet Shipped to Manila from NVC "In Transit"

8/01/2013: Medical at St Luke's PASSED!!!
8/12/2013: INTERVIEW American CO " APPROVED"

Yes, your fiance can take the CFO seminar now and get her CFO sticker after she has her visa. I recommend doing it as early as possible so you can get it out of the way.

12/16/2013: Received hard copy of Notice of Action 2

01/10/2014: Received Manila Case Number

01/10/2014: Paid AOS and IV Fees

01/16/2014: Expedite Request Approved by NVC (Submitted by Senator)

01/25/2014: Sent AOS and IV Documents to NVC

01/30/2014: AOS and IV Documents Delivered to NVC

Yeah I saw that too but the uscis average for Vernont has changed from 7 months to 5 months about a month ago so I'm hoping I get pulled into the better average

Doesn't hurt to hope :)
