Yes, they do. If you happen to have the interview on Monday or Thursday in the morning and your case gets approved you can have an oath in the afternoon (starts at 12:30). If you're out of the area, make sure to dress appropriately (no jeans and tennis shoes are allowed at the ceremony) or plan to go home after your interview to change clothes for the ceremony.

Then I would say your chances for the same day oath are pretty high :-) My friend had the interview last month on Thursday at 9:15 am. He was in and out in 20 minutes. They told him to come back at 12:30 for the ceremony.
