Hopefully someone can help me.

For the DS-156:

Frankfurt instructs to get the forms from their website. This would mean they want the 156 as a PDF version and not the online version that will allow a barcode to be printed? I am also concerned with using the barcode online version because it says 05/2008 and Frankfurt's embassy site has the 156 pdf version dated 06-2011 but they both expire 06/30/2014.

So do they not want a barcode printed seeing they have the pdf version on their site?

For the DS-230:

They ask for places where you have lived for at least six months. So what if my fiancee had been in Spain for an internship for 5 months do I just skip this and leave it as a gap? I really don't want to leave a gap, but I assume I should follow their instructions.. what do I do?

Please help!!!
