I tried that too...arrrrrrrgh

The receipt number is listed on the bottom portion of the deposit slip you downloaded to pay the fee at BPI. It is not the passport number. I had my fiancee' take her passport to BPI in case it was needed but they didn't even ask to see it. The receipt number says just that "Receipt Number", it's a 9 digit number and it is found on the customer copy portion of the deposit slip. Don't know why you are having trouble except possibly she made the deposit too late for it to be posted before the weekend. Might have to wait until Monday to try it.

That's what I was thinking. I'm just trying to get ahead of the game I guess. I have to slow down and BREATH!!!!
