I am a canadian citizen marrying an American citizen. What is the process if we get married in the US while i am here on a visit ? If i go back to Canada to wait for the proper paperwork, can i come to visit my husband in the meantime or would it be better if i was to stay in the USA ? We are just getting tired of the flying back and forth and being apart for such long periods of time.

There are a ton of topics on this. Just search "can i visit" and start reading. My wife has visited while there was a pending CR1 with no issues. But there are exceptions.

Short answer is yes but there always small a chance you will be denied entry at the border. There are things you can do to mitigate that. If you are coming on VWP, DONT overstay your 3-month stay.
