Hi Guys,

I am trying to fill in the I-130 form, and I had a question about question #21.

Question #21 states:

"If filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together"

The background to the question is, that we have gotten married at the beginning of the month, but are currently waiting for a Hong Kong resident visa to be approved for her. My wife is still living in china, while I am currently living and working in Hong Kong. The official answer the question, is that we have not officially lived together as husband and wife yet, but we will sometime hopefully next month. What should I write in the space provided?

Put "None". They understand that you were married just a little while ago and are waiting to be reunited.

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

LATEST STEPS:

28 Jun 2013: POE Houston

08 Jul 2013: SSN received (at SSA office)

07 Aug 2013: Green Card received

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI
