IV Cover Sheet

I made my payment to the US DOS last week Wednesday, but the Payment Status is still showing Pending.

Should I print the Cover Sheet while the Payment Status is still showing as pending or do I have to wait until it shows PAID?

With my AOS I waited for the status to show paid and then send it, but for the IV I sent it while it was still showing pending. It was fine both ways but this way you shave off a few days of your timeline :) It has been taking NVC around 2 weeks to accept the packets so by the time they get to review it it will show paid already. Just make sure it has been withdrawn from your bank account to make sure the transaction went through.
