Submission of Required documents.

Hello VJ fellows

i had my interview for k1 visa and the CO Put me under AP bc at the time of my interview my fiance was full time student but now that she have secured the job, im ready to send the the job letter and 10 paystubs and tax papers, i want to know if i have to send them last three year tax transcripts again as CO kept the copies of them at the time of my interview?

im sending them the following documents.

1. Job letter explaining how long shes been working and how much she is making per hour

2. 10 Paystubs

3. a letter that was given at the time of my interview

4. form i-134

5. Supplemental Letter for income calculation.

6. form IL- 1040

what other documents do i have to send them?

ANY INPUT WILL BE APRRECIATED!! smile.png

U didn't have a co sponsor at the time ?

i did, but CO didnt accept it.

Did CO tell you at the time of interview that he/she is putting you under AP? Normally they do.

he said he needed some documents, and that we need to do some little bit of administration processing!
