So we have reached the 90 day mark since our interview and were put in AP. Since that time I have emailed the Consulate just to check to see if anything had changed. Of course nothing.

However, I sent and email today and to my surprise they actually emailed me back with in a few minutes(normally takes 2-3 days) with an answer to my question(Not sure if it was all of the please, thank you, and just down right ####### kissing I was doing in the email).

Any whoo the question was since the CO had mentioned during our interview hopefully we would have our daughter's updated birth certificate with my fiance's name on it(YAY we finally got it last month) when they contacted us. So I asked now that we have it should we drop it off at the Consulate.

Although they said that we are still undergoing AP and thanked us for our patience. They also said yes we should drop off the updated BC as it will help with the processing.

We will be dropping that off on Monday since they don't except anything on Friday's. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

Keeping fingers crossed.
