fiancee w/ child from previous relationship

hi guys, I filed for K1 visa for my fiancee and her daughter from previous relationship.

the daughter's father (japanese/filipino) was already dead since she was 7 months old, and now she is already 6 yrs old.

my fiancee and I are in a relationship for almost 3 years and we already have a daughter of our own.

i filed a separate petition for my daughter I-130 and she's with me now in the USA.

so we are still waiting for hard copy RFE since we got RFE last week.

so heres the scenario:

my fiancee and her daughter went to Japan nov2009 for 7 months. her daughter left Philippines w/ her PHIL.passport

and arrived in the PHilippines june2010 with her Japanese passport. they have been in the Philippines up to now.

my question is:

1. does her daughter need to pay extension fee at Japan embassy since she overstayed? or is she a dual citizen and can leave the Philippines without a problem?

2. if ever they get issued a US VISA whenever k1/k2 application is approved, what passport should she present?

3. and if ever they leave the Philippines, does she need to show both passports?
