Hello everyone,

Im can confuse, My story start when the NVC changed the case location 3 times so far, start by parents not libyan citizens but they live in libya, so the case was TNS means Tunis,then CSB Casablanca then Tunis again, i did call them and they keep saying that they are in casablanca, however since last email i received that all done and waiting to schedule them that is over 2 weeks so far, I requested(written) to transfer the case to egypt because, if it can not be in Tunis(closed) then it can be Cairo because Casablanca not an option at all,i follow up with calls and they keep saying they did not receive my request at all.This request has been sent 3 times so far, I have 2 questions: First how long it takes between the time of the email that it says all done and on the line to be scheduled? second is requesting to change the embassy interview something complicated. One of my concerns especially when i request to talk to a supervisor is NVC keep losing paperwork, that is what happen i sent them most of my papers so far 3 times belive or not? and they keep asking always to sent the same papers that i sent in the first place, please help advice or anything
