K1 - visa application

I am filling out the form for K1 - visa. On DS 156 form I am confused about the following question:

Has your US visa ever been cancelled or revoked?

When I got my B1/B2 visa renewed, my old one had not expired as yet - so the embassy cancelled the old by stamping " cancelled without prejudice". And gave me a new one.

Should I answer the above question with a yes? the only problem is that there is no space explain that it was not because of some violation etc... but it was "cancelled without prejudice". So I would prefer to write no... would that cause any problems?

I think answering NO would be fine because they gave you a new visa to replace the soon-to-be expired one.

Be truthful. The interviewing embassy/consulate will have access to your prior immigration history. You can explain if asked.
