Hi VJ friend,

How long does it take to get approved after Finger print. I have my finger print done and coming Monday April 22, is 30 days and heard nothing from there.

Hello good friend welcome to the club. I say this because my wife was fingerprinted november 20th till today and wehave nothing. She had her EAD but thus it.If u are lucky you could get your interview scheduled very soon but if u are like some of us who are unlucky enough then prepare to wait. I have come across many who were fingerprinted last july and august of last year and have not yet recieved no interviews yet but have also recieved their EAD's.So pls just pray.

Wow, thanx friend. U known I have not ever received my EAD yet and nothing from them after done with fingerprint last month March 22.

Did you apply for it?because is an option. some people adjust their status without aply for EAD and the traveling document.SO if u did apply for it the u should be expecting it soon. My wife did her fingerprint on november last year and had her EAD in January.

You will get your EAD within the next couple weeks probably. My wife's took about 5 weeks. As far as hearing about your I-485 AOS that will take several months or longer. We have been waiting almost 8 months now because our application was selected as an interview waived case which are backed up. If your I-797 receipt # starts with MSC then it will most likely be processed at the National Benefits Center like ours and you are looking at a 9 month wait. If not your receipt number starts with CSC, NSC, TSC, or VSC your applicatin will be transferred to your local field office and you can expect a much shorter wait. You can check processing times by using this link. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do
